Finally, Kourtney Kardashian has revealed the angelic face of the Disick clan's newest member, Penelope Scotland Disick.

Appearing on the cover of the August Issue of US Weekly, Kourtney looks completely besotted with her little tribe, cradling 2-year-old son Mason and one-month-old Penelope.

The new mum told the mag that 'nothing could have prepared her for how hard she fell in love with Penelope.'
